i’d like to see a tutorial on how to blowout curly/kinky/frizzy hair! it can be done but so few stylists, in my area anyway, understand the technique involved. how about a pro from new york city giving a “how-to”. years ago (1971) i had a stylist who was recommended in glamour magazine blowout my unrelaxed, thick frizzy hair with water (after a deep conditioner) & a round boar bristle brush. he made sure each section of my hair he was blowing out was damp. he also pulled my hair taunt & kept the dryer on the section until it was completely dry (constantly moving & pulling my hair taunt) before moving on to a new section. my hair turned out shiny & straight with great volume. he understood that you can’t let thick, coarse, frizzy hair dry out before it’s blown out. if you do it just ends up being straight frizz. come on pros widen your scope & show us frizzy heads how to blowout our locks!!! thanks.
