If you ever wonder how celebrities get such long, thick hair, or if you want to grow yours out, there’s an easy, cheap fix that can put your hair heads and shoulders above the rest (sorry, couldn’t resist the cheesy pun;)
For a well-spent 10 bucks a pop, you can get a month’s supply of hair and nail vitamin supplements that can work wonders. I had never been able to grow my hair much past shoulder length without it getting really stringy, not to mention just stop growing. But with a helpful tip from my stylist at Van Michael Salon and a quick trip to my local drugstore, I was on my way to much longer, healthier hair.
I used Folicure hair and nail supplements and now use Aphogee supplements, and they both worked surprisingly well for me. I was skeptical of any miracle cure type things, but these puppies actually do make your hair grow fast!
My hair has grown at least 6 inches in a year and seems healthier overall, with more shine and less breakage. It takes a few weeks to see the results, but I noticed how fast my bangs grew out and realized how well it works. You can get these or other brand supplements at drugstores, GNC, or Amazon.

You can get long, thick hair by laying off the flat iron, curling iron, hair dryer, teasing and point-cut layers.
Put your hair in a bun and LEAVE IT ALONE.
I read on here that buns are stylish these days. Be stylin’ and let your hair grow.
