So there has been a lot of talk about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. Could it be the end all remedy to every ailment including allergies, acne, sinus infections, flu, sore throats, arthritis, and a rosy complexion (just to name a few wow!). I cannot guarantee all of those benefits but I know it does help to keep your hair incredibly shiny. Simply dilute 1 tablespoon of the Apple Cider Vinegar in 2 cups of water. After you shampoo and condition your hair simply rinse your hair with the Apple Cider Vinegar mixture as a final hair rinse. Do not rinse out just leave in your hair. Your hair will be beautiful and shiny. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Yes, this works! I tried it. Add extra load of protein in your diet for a terrific, shiny hair.
It really does work – I love ACV!
wont this like… make you hair smell weird?
I really would love to try this..I am however, a bit hesitant because I don’t want my hair to smell..
