Move over Eva Longoria there is a new Faux Bob coming to town. On Wednesday night the White House hosted a “A Country Music Celebration” and of course Michelle Obama’s Faux Bob stole the show. I know you all want to know how to recreate. Our friends at Soft & Beautiful give you a quick 411 on how to create this hairstyle in the comfort of your home!
Step 1: Apply Soft & Beautiful StyleProtect Spritz on wet hair from roots to ends. Blow-dry hair with a medium sized round brush, to create volume and lift.
Step 2: Gather hair in a loose pony at the nape and tuck under, pinning with bobby pins as you go.
Step 3: Finish with Soft & Beautiful Oil Sheen Spray to leave hair looking healthy and vibrant!
After working with hair color products and other hair care things that are full of toxins and chemicals for years now, I noticed that I was always tired and just didn’t feel very good anymore. One of my stylist friends gave me this stuff that supposedly rids your body of the toxins that build up in our bodies after working with all this dye and stuff. It has turned out to be an awesome thing, a couple of these natural pills a day and I could really tell a difference after a while. It’s kinda like how I felt when I started eating more organic foods a year or so ago, it just makes me feel better. The product is called cosme-care detoxification and it has this chlorella stuff in it (like that “Naked” juice green machine has in it). I have recommended it to all my co-workers and wanted to spread the word. I’d be interested to hear if any other hairdressing people have had success with it.
I love the way her hair looks in that photo. She’s such a confidant woman. And rightfully so.
Michelle Obama looks gorgeous on her photo.
