What is up with Blue?  I have seen celebs rocking blue hair, blue lipstick, blue makeup, etc.  Blue Blue Blue.  So I ask you all what is up with Blue?  Is this a throwback to the 80′s or is it a homage to the blockbuster movie Avatar?

Juliette Lewis was spotted at the premiere of her new movie The Switch in a blue highlighted hair do.  I don’t think it is that flattering nor does it bring out anything in her hair but more power to her.   Insiders say she is channeling her rocker chick personality.
