I can’t keep up with Katy Perry and her rainbow hues! She was spotted with purple hair at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last weekend. She recently had a blue bob but decided to go deeper with an incredible hue of purple. Do you like?
I would think these changes of hair color would wreak havoc on her hair but it looks unbelievably healthy.
