Question: Which oil is best for my hair Jojoba oil or Argan oil?
Jojoba oil has been used for ages as an ingredient in many leading hair and skincare products. I have found doing a weekly deep conditioning hair treatment with Jojoba oil will help your stay condition, soft, and extremely silky. Jojoba oil is very light and is easily absorbed in your hair. It has amazing healing qualities and will leave your hair so soft. There is very little natural fragrance. You can add the oil to your daily conditioner or you can put on about 5 dropper fulls on your scalp and massage in. Rinse, shampoo, and condition as usual.
Argan Oil is also fantastic natural oil that provides amazing results in your hair! Argan oil comes from the Argan seed which is a plant based seed grown in Morocco. It is a very light, absorbing oil that has almost an olive oil fragrance. Argan oil can be used on your skin, hair, and face and is packed with natural vitamins and anti-oxidants that are immediately absorbed in your skin and hair.
An Argan oil deep conditioning treatment is just as beneficial as a Jojoba oil and can be done the same exact way.
